Insurance and Fees

If you have out-of-network benefits, and I do not belong to the provider network of your health insurance company, I will be happy to prepare a bill for you to submit to your health insurance company.  Please check with your own health insurance plan to determine their reimbursement policies and procedures. 

If you wish to pay for services out-of-pocket, please see below for my fee schedules: 

Initial Visit / Intake Assessment: $270

Individual Therapy: $225

Couple's Therapy: $270 and up

General Consultation (Clinical and/or Organizational): $225 and up

I accept all major credit / debit / HSA / FSA transactions.  

All applicable payment or co-payment is rendered at each session.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, it is important that you provide at least 24 hours (1 calendar day) advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying the full session fee that you've scheduled.
